SIDE DISH: Traditional Greek Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes into quarters and boil  (just as yummy with kumera/sweet potatoes)

  • steam broadbeans and/or spinach 
  • mix potatoes and veges together with olive oil, salt and lemon juice

(health tip: lemon juice helps your body absorb the iron from the spinach)

 Serve with Sardines or your fave fish!
