SAUCE: Homemade Tartare Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp capers, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small gherkin, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper

Place the first four ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your fave fish.
