French Dressing

Salad and fish....fish and salad....a perfect pair...and French Dressing is the best!

With French Dressing the rule of thumb is that your oil to vinegar ratio will be 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar and Dijon mustard is a must!

  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Clove garlic, crushed (or less)
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 Tbsp wine vinegar (white or red)
  • 6 Tbsp olive oil 

Mix all together in a jar with a lid. Serve with your fave leaves (we're partial to rocket and butter lettuce) and cherry tomatoes (sooo nice with fish).
