Spicy Gurnard Pizza

You can have a lot of fun (and the kids) with this recipe. Feel free to add more of whatever you like to add to pizzas:

Gurnard Fillets, cut into cubes
Pizza bases, bought or homemade
Nelson Naturally Extra Hot Harissa or Redwine & Pepper Dressing
Mozzarella cheese or your fave pizza cheese
Olive Oil, for frying 

 For the Marinade:

Soya Sauce
Vinegar or Lemon Juice

For the Crumb:

Cathedral Cove Crumbs
Chilli Powder
Dried Corriander 

Combine the crumbs, chilli, corriander.  

Marinate the fish for 30 minutes in the marinade then crumb with the crumb mixture.

Panfry the fish for a few minutes till cooked through.

Heat the oven to 250C.

Slather on the Harissa or Dressing over the pizza base. Then add the cheese and then the fish (so the fish can get nice and crunchy)

Place the pizza in the oven and heat for 10 minutes.
