Baked Salmon Heads with Cathedral Cove Macadamia Garlic Kelp Sprinkles

This is a healthy and super economical recipe. No need to use oil since Salmon is an oily fish with high Omega-3. 

Cathedral Cove's Macadamia Garlic Kelp Sprinkle has the best from the land and the best from the sea! Ingredients include macadamias, garlic, sesame seeds and sea kelp. 

Kelp is rich in Vitamin B12, Iodine, Omega-3 and 6 and contains all 56 minerals and trace elements needed by the body.


  • Place Salmon heads on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Cathedral Cove Macadamia Garlic Kelp Sprinkle (see in store).
  • Bake the heads in the oven (180 C) till the flesh is pink and flakey. 
  • Serve with steamed broccoli, jasmine rice and slices of lemon.
