Hot Potato and Smoked Fish Salad with Lemon and Fennel Dressing


  • Potatoes, cut into large cubes and boil until tender
  • Smoked Fish (Salmon, Warehou, Hoki, Moki, see in store), broken into small pieces
  • Spring Onion, sliced
  • Red Onion, sliced
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Red capsicum, sliced
  • Mustardmakers Lemon and Fennel Dressing (see in store)
  • Mayo, vinegar or oil (optional to thin the dressing)
  • Salt & Pepper


Place the cubed potato, smoked fish, spring onion, red capsicum and red onion in a bowl and carefully stir through the dressing with the parsley and salt and pepper.

Serve with crunchy bread if desired.
