Baked Moroccan Fish
  • Fish Fillets, Choose thick filletse.g. Moki or Warehou
  • Cathedral Cove Naturals Moroccan Stuffing (see in store)
  • Olive or Coconut oil
  • Seasonal vegetables 
Slice through the side of the fish but not all of the way through. Mix some Cathedral Cove Moroccan Stuffing with Olive Oil or Coconut Oil and stuff this into the fish. Wrap the fish in foil with sliced or julienned seasonal vegetables. Bake till the fish is flakey all the way through.
