Smoked Fish & Dill Dip
  • 1 or 2 fillets of Smoked Fish (Mackarel, Warehou, Kawhai - see in store)
  • 150g Crème Fraîche and/or Cream Cheese
  • Lemon Juice from 1 Lemon
  • Handful of Dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Horseradish, optional
  • Salt, optional
  • Black Pepper
Flake the fish then fold in the remaining ingredients.
Serve with wafer crackers or your fave bread and Lavender's Green Beetroot and Lemon Pickle and Watercress salad. Enjoy!
