Smoked Fish Salad with Lemon and Dill Aioli
Aioli Ingredients:
  • 125g mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Mustardmakers Lemon & Dill Mustard 
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
Mix aioli ingredients well.
Salad Ingredients: 
  • Salad greens
  • Fillet of Smoked Fish - see range in store (enough for two people)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
  • half a finely chopped red onion 
  • 2 Tbsp capers
Break up the smoked fish into pieces, add the egg, onion and capers - mix together with the Mustardmakers Lemon & Dill Aioli. Serve on salad greens.
